I'm a new user having trouble setting up in the Wii console. I just download the 2.6.3 on my Mac 10.5.8. Everything looks fine on the Mac but I have trouble getting to Wii Tranfer interface on my Wii. After got into Internet Channel and typed in the URL, my screen just shows "Wii Transfer" on the top with a blank white screen with no option to click on. It's not like the Black screen with the 'mushroom' on top and the "movie, music, picture....." options in the window.

Please help, I don't know what did i do wrong following the procedures.

There are a couple common problems that might be causing this. The first to check is that Mac OS X's built-in firewall is disabled, or configured to allow Wii Transfer in. Since you are on 10.5, just go to System Preferences under the Apple menu, then click Security, then Firewall. You can temporarily disable it to check that you can connect to Wii Transfer (and get the full interface) from your Wii, and then after you've confirmed that it works, go in and setup the firewall preferences to specifically allow Wii Transfer.

You can also connect to Wii Transfer from your Mac with Safari or Firefox to confirm that the Wii Transfer application itself is behaving properly. That can help rule out other network problems.

Another issue is if your Mac is on both ethernet and wireless, you'll want to use the IP address for wireless. Wii Transfer will usually detect this situation and show a "Change" button in the Sharing pane for switching IP addresses.

I hope this helps. If not, let me know and I'll offer some other suggestions.

Thanks alot. It appears to be the Firewall problem. Now it works fine.
